#misshenaccomplished
We couldn’t have asked for a better way to start 2019. We drove to High Point on a cloudy Saturday morning, beaming with excitement that this day was finally here. We knew that Adam and Courtney would not only have a beautiful day, but that the people that they surrounded themselves with would be so genuine and kind, and we were not disappointed. It’s a funny thing when you’re treated as family from the get go, it’s a lot of hugs that truly mean something all the while you’re working hard to make sure that everyone’s on task and making things happen. We love that dichotomy so much, we love this connection between two points on a spectrum, because at some point when we’re looking at everyone who’s in front of our camera, something clicks in our minds and says “this, this is good”. We couldn’t be more grateful for these two, their families, and the time that we could spend together.
This wedding was full of everything amazing. Good food (hello sushi at a wedding, yes please!), amazing dancing (see below), a paper lantern lighting that almost turned into a catastrophe (thanks for nothing wind) and most importantly a day full of laughter and memories. This wedding was so intimate, so involved, and so uplifting for our spirits. Adam and Courtney, we cannot thank you enough for choosing us, for trusting us, and for letting us photograph this immaculately beautiful wedding day. We’d stand in the cold with you two any day.
Also, a huge thank you to the people who helped make this day happen:
